Hi Justin, 

Still haven't tested the queries but in trying to I added a bunch of stuff
required for the system to work properly. Can you take a look at the class
and the file user_passwordreset.php?

I've added several functions to the class - is that alright? Furthermore I'm
wondering if its OK to have so much logic in the password reset include
file.
