Hi Justin, 

Are you feeling confident about the documentation I've updated? I just added
a bit about the password recovery Q&A. If so, let's release version 3.1 to
sourceforge.net. 

I'm still researching the xml sitemaps. I definitely do not want to
re-invent the wheel.
