phpSec / News: Recent posts

As the need for writing documentation occurred I created the a phpSec wiki here: https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/phpsec/index.php.

I have started adding documentation on some of the functions phpSec provides, but it is quite likely still will still change.
