#98 Automatic emails contain wrong times

Although the most recent version (1.2.11) contains a fix that is supposed to fix times in reservation emails to be formatted in the user's timezone, our installation of this version still appears to have this problem. Reservation times are only displayed incorrectly in the reservation emails; the times on the calendars are correct. In our installation, the system timezone is set to "GMT -6" and all of our users set their timezones to "GMT -6" as well. Reservation emails, however, will list times that are six hours behind the intended reservation times. Perhaps this is an unintended side effect of the bug fix?

    We were able to come up with a work-around: if the system timezone is set to GMT +0 and all the users set their timezones to GMT +0, the reservation emails will contain the correct times.
