#5 D and M links

After a shift is created, there are links "D" and "M"
added to the shift in the template. These are not
explained, and the only way to find out what they do is
to click them. When clicking the "D" the user only finds
out what it does when they see their work is gone...

Better if the "D" and "M" were changed to "Delete"
and "Modify", or at least "Del" and "Mod". No matter
what though, the delete needs to have a confirmation
asking if they really want to delete that shift.

When clicking "M", the "Shift properties" dialog selects
the department by depcode when it should list the
depname.
