I've gotten php risk setup on my server. I have three people that I've made administrators in the user table. When I create a game in either auto or manual placement mode I get two countries that have black numbers. If someone kills these they receive what appears to be every un-dealt card in the deck. It ruins the game. Anyone have any ideas?
