#2 Provide a PEAR installation package

Mass-deployment to users of packages using PHPReports
themselves would be greatly aided by the existence of a
phpreports PEAR package. For example, I want to use
PHPReports in IRM (http://irm.sf.net), but requiring
users to go through the installation process by hand
for PHPReports as well as IRM might be a bit much. I
don't want to bundle PHPReports in with IRM, either, as
that requires me to manually track PHPReports updates
and, generally, is a bad idea.

It would be very cool if I could instruct users to run
"pear install -o http://phpreports.sf.net/pear/latest"
or something similar and have PHPReports just magically
appear on their system. I haven't looked at building
PEAR packages recently, but from memory it's most XML,
and we all know how good TaQ is at XML... (grin)
