#1 How can i use this libray?

I like the ideea of this project. I like LISP
programming a lot and i am now working with PHP, and i
would like to use them both. So this ideea is got one.
But i have a problem: how can i use the library, i
can't load it (extension_loaded("rep") = NULL)
