#1 Add Usernames

[Yeti Arts]

This patch allows the option of using usernames instead
of a user-list dropdown menu on the login page.

It also fixes some fields in the People table of the
database that weren't spelled correctly.

This is an Alpha release of the patch, so some other
files may experience problems. Please forward your
problems, comments, suggestions, and hate mail to
ryan@yetiarts.com.
