User Reviews

  • If you would like a simple and straightforward recipe management system for your home kitchen, this is the best among the 15 or so similar open source projects I tested. For my use in a B&B, I need some missing features such as recipe costing and the ability to tag/filter recipes by dietary restrictions. But, I'm planning to contribute to this project-- I'll re-evaluate my review score once I see how vibrant the user community is and how easy or difficult it is to add missing features.
  • Worst package I've ever tested. Scripts are not complete, the tutorial does nothing without adustments on the code, schemas for database creation are full of silly bugs, or not even are suited for mysql (even when it is suposed to). Sincerely, I'll give one star for generosity.
  • I was looking for a long time for a good recipe database and this one is exactly what i was looking for. Thanks very much :-)
  • The tool is really good, but I'm missing an important feature. When can I expect with pictures. The eyes eat with. :)
  • Phprecipebook works perfect.
