[phpRADmin-users] System is locked..

Hi Users....

>From last day onwords I'm freezing on PhpRadmin.
I installed and databases  connectivity also successfully  connected.
And its Show me as " Radiusd deab but subsys is locked " and

in Option tab----> apply  lock/unlock ----> clicks unlock button ----->
click genarate --->

System security status:    *To generate new files after your configuration
you must to UNLOCK the system for security reasons.

     2 - Restart RADIUS
