Basically this is for security.

Use rm -r /usr/local/phpradmin/www/install to delete this folder

And change ownership to apache user and remove permission from other
with below command.

Chown -R apache:apache /usr/local/phpradmin/www

Chmod 750 /usr/local/phpradmin/www

I'm working on Openser and Radius ..

I'd installed the php-radius admin tool for radius...

While i installed m when in comes to login pages....

"Installation Directory '/usr/local/phpradmin/www/install/' is
accessible. Delete this directory to prevent security problem. Please
change directory permissions for'/usr/local/phpradmin/www' with chmod
755 '/usr/local/phpradmin/www'  " this means what...  What i need to
change the permissions..........  THis is New to me..... !
