#3 Install to existing DB, no permission to create new DB

I have been trying to install phpQuiz however my mysql
account has no provileges to create a new database, so
install.php fails.

I do however have an existing database.

Is there an SQL script I could run from phpmyadmin to
create all the necessary tables so that phpquiz works?
