#2 can't add or edit quizzes

I'm trying to setup phpQuiz on my web site... (it looks
great btw), but i'm having a problem... i cannot create
any quizzes...

Can you try to add a quiz? you will see an error.... i
don't know what's causing it though. It's not a
database issue, because phpQuiz has already entered
stuff into the database by itself:

4599_answers
4599_highscore
4599_questions
8709_answers
8709_highscore
8709_questions

I have tried to add two quizzes, but neither worked. i
guess these tables are the results of those attempts.

Any ideas??
