Internal release 1.9.9

There are internal non-stable release 1.9.9 available by SVN repository.
This release introduces SVG and Canvas support.

In a few weeks i will ship 2.0.0 with optimization of 1.9.9 code base and new framework for configuration of input (data types) and output of lib (destination, raster/vector, image formats, drawing properties).
