#8 2 sec penalty

As competition standard, if a face is needs an
additional turn for the cube to be solved, the
competitor should have a 2 sec penalty.

Would be nice to have a "penalty" button to indicate
that this was the case. This would add 2 sec to the
time and also mark it somehow so that one would know
later that the solve penalty added.
