#16 problems with extras-section-admin.inc

Not sure if this has been mentioned already but, I
noticed 3 problems in "extras-section-admin.inc" file
of 0.8.2 installation files:

- "admin.php3" should be "extras-admin.php3" in 2
places
- missing " ; " after "global $poll_dbName,
$poll_sectTableName;"

I was testing your scripts and found these problems.
I corrected them and everything ran fine.
