[ppa-lang] missing str for sequences

I was checking some stuff and found a string that is missing in the=20
translations. I you reset a sequence if will show a message like this when=
=20
using spanish:

Secuencia has been reset

Now, secuencia wes most likelly taken from the spanish translation string=20
$lang["strsequence"] but the rest is in english.

Well, and by the way, I can't get what "Log count" means in the sequence.

Porqu=E9 usar una base de datos relacional cualquiera,
si pod=E9s usar PostgreSQL?

I've committed a fix for it now - two new translations though :(
