[ppa-lang] New Translation: portuguese-pt.php

Hello all,,

	A couple of a weeks i sended an email directly to criskl tcc KL with the=20
translation to portuguese pt_PT and i have no response, but no problem i tr=
y=20
again via this mailling list.

        I have translated everithing to Portuguese-Portuguese and verified=
=20
with recode without problems.
        Now, if i can make a comment, i think it would be nice to include t=
he=20
mail of this mailling list or another mail in the TRANSLATORS file :):) lik=
e:
