Hi guys,

We've just released phpPgAdmin 3.1 RC 1.  The next release will more than
likely be 3.1 final.

This is your last chance to get your updated translations in for the 3.1
final release.  If you can't make it by then, then your translation will
have to wait for 3.1.1, etc.
