[ppa-lang] New snapshot

Hi Guys,

Since SourceForge's anonymous CVS servers have been stuffed for the last few
weeks, I have made another snapshot release, so everyone can actually see
what's going on!

It includes a lot of bug fixes, polish on a lot of features (check out
pop-up window now) and one new translatable string.

It's still not a release candidate, however.
