[ppa-lang] another spanish.php

OK, lots of missing acute were addded.
Also got the new things from english.php, su it´s totally updated.
There was some missing translations (I think I have still 1 or 2 left) 
which are now in spanish.

2 More thoughts:
1) Even though I have $conf['default_lang'] = 'spanish' the login window 
will appear in english. I think I read something about this but can´t 
remember (nor find) where.
2) lang/langcheck should be make executable (change of permissions), while 
english.php should not.
