Readers,

This is for users who did not understand how to install phppgadmin.

The documentation is poor, ignore it.

Phppgadmin was installed from the linux distribution repository
(mandriva 2008) with the command:

urpmi phppgadmin

Then use a web browser and navigate to the address:

http://localhost/phppgadmin/

Click on the hyperlink 'servers'
Select the server and sign-in
