#174 Integrate (loosely) with phpmyadmin.

Allow configuration to add non-pg servers on the lefthand list (with a little red X). The configuration can contain a URL that bounces you to phpmyadmin URLs when those server icons are clicked on.

Then when phpmyadmin does the same, their pg icons will bounce back to the phppgadmin address.

It'll look cool, and should be a very minor feature to offer.
