#8 never received mail plus error

Ok so i filled out all the fields and on top of teh page i
received this error:

Warning: ob_start(): output handler 'ob_gzhandler' cannot
be used after 'URL-Rewriter' in /home/groups/p/ph/
phppersonals1/htdocs/PHP-Personals/forum/includes/
page_header.php on line 42

and then said all was great and i should check my email.
..Checked it but nothing appeared...hope this helped
