#4 Supplier Invoice page needs "recent invoices"

At the moment, you can look at "outstanding" or "all"
invoices. If you want to generate a remittance for a
paid invoice, then you need to view "all" invoices,
which can take ages if you have a lot of invoices on
the system and is unwieldy. Need a scheme to look at
the last week/month/etc of invoices, same as in other
pages in phpO.
