#12 Compound reconciliations not displayed correctly

In the bank statement, when a transaction has been
reconciled as a compound transaction (multiple entries
resolve to a single transaction through your bank
account) only the first of the compound entries shows
on the statement, not all of the entries, which leads
to the statement being wrong. Have started to look at
this wrt get_po_invoice_transactions (), and once fixed
here, need to propagate to the other functions in
libstatements.php.
