Version 0.0.2 Released

phporder version 0.0.2 has just been released. This release contains a full setup instruction manual to help you set up phporder on your servers and it contains a full order process (once setup has been completed).

Version 0.0.3 will soon be released with a few bug fixes and an admin section (currently it should be done through manual queries).
