This program uses JanRain PHP OpenID Library 2.1.3 which is licensed under the Apache License Version 2.0. You can find a copy of the license in Auth directory under COPYING. Licence information is under COPYING. To use the script http post id with the OpenID to the script and await reply. There is a demo web page under demo.html.
