#43 how to add a background image?

Hi, somebody can tell me , how can i to add a background image to chat room?.
this is: the windows that appears after a log to the room (ì`m inside).

Normally this appear as a blank space, i am trying to add a background image but, i can't do it.

Help Meeeeeeee!.
