#17 Chat modifications

Trying to remove and change things in the main
chatroom like whenever someone says something
the "says to everbody" does not show up. So far not
much success with this.

I run a Marillion fan chatroom and many of the users
have commented on how annoying this becomes and
confusing especially when there are many ppl chatting.

The number of registered users keeps growing and i am
becomg frustrated with this.

Can anyone offer some advice or help?
