PHPOpenChat 2.1.1 is released

Version 2.1.1 of PHPOpenChat has been released.
Major changes since version 2.0 are
- Code for filtering text lines has been rewritten. That increases the performance
of the chat by 10 per cent
- a new service script to clean up the chat
- Session support
- IRC like commands
