[PHPOpenChat-Users] How do you customize?

Can anyone explain how to customize PHPopenchat?

I'm not familiar with PHP and the software was installed via Power Tools =
supplied by my web host.

I've seen that the manual is in German and I don't know German.

I've customized template files before ... could someone tell me what =
template files need to be customized and what fields need to remain so =
that I can do my own customization?

How do you get it to forget your login settings? I registered a =
different account that I want to use to Chat with, but every time I open =
up the chat link it has "operator" as the account to be signed in all =
grayed out and it won't let me change it.
