[PHPOpenChat-Users] slovak lang, shared memory

hi, 
1) i have translated arround 80% of slovak lang for phpopenchat, how i can put this into oficial distribution? 
     niekto dalsi ma nieco? :) alebo je tu este niekto?
2) have somebody experiences with shared memory against DB? can by faster, but no problems with stability of webserver?
