[PHPOpenChat-Users] Chatters menu doesn't appear

I don't speak German and it is difficult for me to understand the German =
forums that is why I would like to ask your help. Maybe there is a very =
easy solution for my problem, but I haven't found it, yet.

I installed PHPOpenChat 3.0.2 (it was downloaded from phpopenchat.org) =
and the most things are working fine.=20

Unfortunately, I can't see the menu when I click on a chatter's name on =
upper right (I saw a screenshot, there should be a menu there, if I =
click on a name....). I don't know what can be the problem. Maybe =
because of this (?) I can't start private speakings and most of the =
functionality of the main menu doesn't work for me, however I can send =
messages to the common area.

I have another general question. How many chatters can use the chat =
concurently? Has anybody got experience? (I read in config_inc.php that =
the "recommendation" is 100-150 users.)
