To Whom It May Concern;
 
      I am writing to request that my name be removed from your membership list as soon as possible.  I receive constant e-mail from people that I have no interest in hearing from and it regards subject matter that I have no understanding of.  My name being placed on your membership list was somehow done in error and I would greatly appreciate it if you would remove my name immediately.  Thank you so very much for your help in this matter.  I have listed my name below.
