[PHPOpenChat-Users] Hide Chatters and Prevent from Chatting

Hello,

Would it be possible to:

1. Prevent all chatters from chatting with the exception of the 
owner/moderator (One Way Communication)?
2. Hide all chatters names so they cannot see each other?

The purpose of the above is I am trying to create a futures trading 
signal service and all that is needed is the capability to give BUY and 
SELL signals.
