[PHPOpenChat-Users] POC without access to httpd.conf and php.ini

Having searched for ages i'm wanting to install POC, however I dont have ac=
cess to httpd.conf and php.ini as mentioned in the installation process bec=
ause im using a shared server. Does anyone know of a way around this proble=
m? Many thanks.
