[PHPOpenChat-Users] Installation Woes

Well I have phpOpenChat and the mysql tables installed.  Install.php 
runs fine.  However, when I try to run the main script, I get a blank 
page and the following entry in my log:

[error] PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/.../chat/include/class.Chat.inc on line 1177

Any ideas?
