[PHPOpenChat-Users] Translation to Russian language

Hello!

I really enjoyed your PHPOpenChat. I'm going to integrate it (3.0) into 
our website. As far as I can see, there's no Russian translation at the 
moment. If there's nobody working at this translation, I'd like to do it 
and send you back, so it could be incorporated into future releases.

(I'm native Russian language speaker, so it should be ok ;-)
