[PHPOpenChat-Users] tmp error message

Hi i keep on getting this error message about the tmp directory.

Sorry, an error occurred.

at /home/bt25/public_html/gz/phpopenchat-3.0.0b5/index.php:60

Your webserver has no write permissions in =
"/home/bt25:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp"!
In your favorite shell, do the following:
chmod 777 /home/bt25:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp
and press ENTER.

I have run a cron=20

chmod: getting attributes of =
`/home/bt25:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp': No such file or =
directory

but from what you can see there is no directory.

Any idea of a fix for this so I can get my installation working please?
