[PHPOpenChat-Users] Moderator Option

How do you actually setup a moderator for a chat session? I want to hold a
moderated forum but I am unsure how to set the permissions and then how to
set the moderator. I believe the permissions are set correct I just do not
know how to actually moderate.

 

How do I add users and manage users? I am using version I am using
phpopenchat-3.0.0b2 because b3 had problems on XP where 0b2 works fine.

 

Does anyone know when the next release will be?
