[PHPOpenChat-Users] REQUEST_URI problems

I am installing 3.0.b3 on a Windows 2003 Server using iis6. I have been
getting the following errors where only part of my screen appears. It seems
as though the template class does not load. I have read some of the posts
and it seems like others are having problems with 3.0.b3 but not with
3.0.b2. Do any of you know where I can get access to 3.0.b2?

 

I am getting the following errors at the top of my screens and the buttons
are not displaying.
