[PHPOpenChat-Users] re:POC:can't get lock,giving up

dear all,

I have just downloaded PhpOpenChat,
installed into win98,
apache1.3.27 with MySQL 3.23.56
when I start by pointing to
http://myhost/phpopenchar/index.php
everyhing works fine until I login
using the 'Operator' , with password
assigned by scripts I get the
message 
   :POC:Can't get lock, giving up 
What is this message about and how to solve
the problems?
