Everything is working except upload chatter Image...

I got thses error message

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory. html/fileupload_class.php on line 72

Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 10265 is not allowed to access /tmp/phpMseauS owned by uid 0 html/fileupload_class.php on line 149
