OK, can't seem to get any help. I think the problem is that I am trying to use this on IIS 5. Does anyone have this running on IIS under Windows 2000?

Script looks great but I am stuck and have to use something else since I have looked at all docs, installed properly as far as I can tell.

If anyone has any info on using this on IIS, let me know.

      Thanks!

I've got the same problem, but instead I get:

Warning: get_template(/home/ancientcave/cgi-bin/chat2/include/templates/phpopenchat/chat2.tpl): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ancientcave/cgi-bin/chat2/include/class.Template.inc on line 217
Also too, my memberlist doesn't work. It stays on "connecting..." and never does connect. (It worked fine when I first installed it)

What is your OS and Webserver software? Apache, IIS?

I was on Win2k with IIS 5 but gave up and put it on another server running Linux and Apache. All problems went away once I did this. Problem is I really want to run this on IIS 5 and would love to know if anyone has seen success with this under IIS.

I'm running phpopenchat on a unix server. Not sure the webserver but I would believe that it's apache like most sensible webhosts.

And the guide specifically states that phpopenchat does NOT work with IIS.

OK, guess I missed that in the guide.. I thought I even searched for IIS. Maybe not, oh well.. Thanks for the info..
