Anonymous - 2003-08-29

Hey Fella's, I'm having a real problem getting phpopenchat to function.  I've followed all of the steps but I still continue to get "You don't read the INSTALL instructions".  I've even gone through the Install.php several times, with all 5 steps completing successfully.  step 5 tells me that the install is complete and go to test it, but whenever i try to bring up chat all I get is the same "you don't read Install instructions" message.  Any Ideas?
