can't get past Registration screen

I have just installed, phpopenchat. When I try to register as a new user, I get the registration screen back after I hit the submit button. Any ideas?

  Actually I had the same thing ... two things, one you are registered and you just need to go log in OR there was something funny with your handle.
  If you scroll right to the bottom screen there should be a line in red saying that your done.
  If there was a prob with your name then it'll have a line in red at the top.
  
  If it is neither of those, then I am not sure! :D
  
  but try loging in.
