1-I don t see any option to ban or kick a chatter. how do i do this. I have tried /ban nickname <time in minutes> and system says user was not banned.
2- I have not found how to set default language and default theme . How do I do this?

You Set the default Theme in config.inc.php search for this line: define('DEFAULT_THEME','openchat');
