I installed the software for a friend's website but he's running into problems. I don't know what's going on. I tried upgrading to 3.0 but that doesn't seem to have fixed them. Does anybody have any suggestions? Here are the specifics:

1.) I still sometimes get a pop up window that says "Someone wants to chat
with you"... however, we have no idea why... there are just two of us
online and we are already chatting... why does this window keep appearing
at random times?
2.) When I log in as Administrator and set up a Moderated room, I cannot
find anyway to set up who is the Moderator... so we cannot use the
function, because all emails are sent through the moderator. I even tried
setting up a chat room that was public but password protected... I could
not "unlock" it once I was in it so that I could send and receive email...
my password did not work.
